5. 30 squat swivels

day 47 - 16 may
1. 20 knee cross crunches (each side)
2. 20 side lunges (each leg)
3. 30 burpees
4. 30 knee tuck jumps
5. 40 squats
day 45 - 14 may 2012
1. 20 side leg lifts (each side)
2. 25 frog crunches
3. 20 chair dips
4. 15 kick lunges (each side)
5. 30 wall push ups
6. 30 jumping squats
day 44 - 13 may 2012
1. 40 jumping jacks
2. 25 sit ups
3. 1 minute leg cycle - rest 30 sec - 1 minute leg cycle
4. 40 swivel squats
